Salon Policies

Before Your Appointment

There will be a uncharge for thick or longer hair. I will let you know the additional cost before we start.

Please make sure hair is detangled and free of buildup when you come to your appointment.
Please arrive on time to your appointment to avoid late fees.

Deposit, Late, and Cancellation Fees

Your prepayment deposit will be added to your total bill after the appointment. This amount is not refundable.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, you will be charged 50% of your bill. Some exceptions are accepted such as inclement weather or emergencicys.
